Class Descriptions

Pole Fit Level 1 

Experience is not required. Pole fit level 1 is all about leaving your inhibitions at the door and rediscovering your sexy self. This class will awaken your sensuality and self-confidence with beginner pole tricks, transitions, struts, and floor work. It’s the trendiest way to burn calories, too! Please dress comfortably and avoid lotions or oils.

Pole Fit Level 1.2 

Level 1 pole experience is required. Your man won’t be able to handle this! Pole dancing is best learned with consistent practice. Level 1.2 builds upon the basic spins learned in the first level. More strength conditioning exercises and warm ups will further enhance muscle power needed to reach the top of the pole.

This session includes spin training and inverted techniques. We use a personal approach to help you reach your individual goals. Pre-registration is necessary. Please be advised that there are only limited spaces available.

Sexy Stretch

Relieve stress through a series of relaxing and sensual stretches and strengthening techniques. This class adds a sexy twist to traditional yoga and Pilates. It helps you reconnect with your feminine side.

This exhilarating program also unblocks energy and detoxifies the mind while placing emphasis on breathing. All fitness levels are welcome. Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat.

Pole Conditioning

We will help improve your balance, core and upper body strength, posture, and overall fitness through pole conditioning. You will learn pole techniques as well as proper body and hand positions. All fitness levels are welcome. 

Abs Blast 

This 45-minute workout is specifically designed to strengthen and tone the abdominal and lower back muscles. Stop doing crunches on your own! We will make abs exercises fun again. All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.

Pole Fit Cardio

Cardio, pole, and strength exercises are combined into one invigorating workout that will keep you coming back for more. With a new format every week, this one-of-a-kind class infuses sensual and exotic movements with various methods that burn calories and nurture your femininity. All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring gym shoes and a yoga mat.

Abs and Booty Boot Camp

Get a total body workout with our boot camp! We do lunges, squats, crunches, planks, push-ups, and more. For more information, feel free to contact us. All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring gym shoes and a yoga mat.

Pole Tease

Sexy meets fun with our pole tease classes. Learn a variety of pole spins, exotic dances, as well as chair, wall, and floor work that will tone your abs, butt, and legs. All these moves, when done together, will make you feel seductive and powerful. Heels are not required. All fitness levels are welcome.

Hotties N Heels

This class is great for any experience level. Women of all shapes and sizes will perform a warm up, learn alluring walks, rolls, and transitions as well as fiery floor work. Level 1 pole spins are included. 

Pole Play

Pole play is a time for active students to practice. Non-students or walk-in clients must pay $20.

Chair Dance/Booty Blast

Do you want to look cute in your new jeans or fit into your old ones? The first part of this class is dedicated to improving your lower body; toning your abs, hips, and all the way down to your heels. You will learn choreographed routines performed with a chair.

We have folding chairs but you are free to bring your own desk chair or recliner. Not only will you learn how to pop, drop, and roll; you will also have more defined muscles.
