More strength conditioning and warm ups are needed to further enhance muscle strength and confidence on getting to the top of the pole! This session includes spin training and inverted techniques!

This class will awaken your sensuality with Beginner Pole Tricks, Sexy Transitions, Struts, floor work and confidence you never knew you had! Did I mention the hottest way to burn calories!

The result is an exhilarating program that unblocks energy and detoxifies the mind while placing emphasis on breathing, balance, flexibility, and flow.

The first part of this class is dedicated to the bottom half; a comprehensive lower body workout that will tone and tighten from your abs to your hips all the way down to your heels. And you’ll have a blast doing it. In this Hot Combination class not only will you learn how to pop, shake, shimmy and roll ...we will be showering that four-legged friend with affection (and a little perspiration). You will learn choreographed routines with a chair as your partner. The studio uses folding chairs, but the moves will work with a favorite desk chair or recliner. As music blares, you’ll learn sexy struts and seductive crawls, and how to drop, pop, roll, and dip. Best yet, you’ll emerge with some muscle definition.
